Schedule: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. | Pay: $18.50 per hour
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Parts Picker to support accurate and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for locating, verifying, inspecting, and moving parts and materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and turret trucks to pick parts accurately according to pick lists.
Pick parts and components efficiently based on order specifications.
Use pick lists, invoices, or electronic devices to identify and locate required items and ensure accurate order processing.
Pull and verify materials and supplies listed on production orders.
Inspect picked items for defects, damage, or discrepancies and confirm they meet quality standards.
Coordinate with supervisors, production staff, and other team members to support timely order fulfillment.
Follow established processes for the accurate and timely movement of materials into and out of inventory.
Comply with company policies, procedures, regulations, and safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse or storage area.
Keep required forklift training and certifications current.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain and maintain certification to operate a sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, and turret truck.
Previous warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across departments.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
