    Primary Function

    Candidate will be responsible for completing training and performing the following job functions:

    Responsibilities

    • Pulls materials to the assembly station for production. Returns the empty totes to the warehouse.
    • Replenish warehouse with new stock, keeping oldest stock in front.
    • Bring literature packagers to the workstations needed for production.
    • Responsible for maintaining organized, identified racks and staging areas.
    • Responsible for communication with supervisor and leaders of potential parts shortages, or overages for manufactured items.
    • Assist with removal of cardboard, pallets and trash.
    • Assist with daily cycle counts and inventory control in production areas.
    • Read work orders, production schedules, or follow oral instructions to determine materials needed.
    • Responsible for overall shop cleanliness and apperance.
    • Will perform Material Handler functions as needed in accordance with required work instructions, such as forklift license and use of Warehouse scanners.
    • Must be flexible and willing to work in different areas and on different tasks
    • Must be able to safely operate a picker and a forklift
    • Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift, without the need to sit down
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Comply with all the safety, quality, and procedure requirements as noted in the applicable Work Instructions.
    • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Employee must have good job performance and attendance.
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Must be a self-starter, well organized, able to work both independently and as a team member, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Education

    High School Diploma or GED

    Physical Requirements

    • Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and frequent bending and reaching.
    • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance
