Job Description:

Now hiring Parts Processing Technician

Location Fremont, CA

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

  • 5+ years of CMM operation experience (required)
  • Experience with PC-DMIS or similar software preferred
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
  • Manufacturing or quality inspection background
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Work Environment:

  • Cleanroom and chemical processing setting
  • PPE required at all times
  • Exposure to chemicals, noise, and repetitive tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for dimensional inspections
  • Perform surface measurements (Ra) and document results
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications
  • Troubleshoot measurement discrepancies and report non-conformances
  • Package and vacuum-seal finished parts per job requirements
  • Support material handling, staging, and production flow
  • Maintain cleanroom standards and follow 6S/Lean manufacturing practices
  • Follow SOPs and safely handle chemicals used in cleaning processes
