Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, packing slips, purchase orders, and inventory records.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and handheld scanners.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory control, shipping, material handling, or logistics preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners, WMS, ERP systems, or inventory tracking software is a plus.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment preferred.
• Strong work history demonstrating reliability, productivity, and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, damaged materials, and inventory issues accurately.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and move materials throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and moving throughout the facility regularly.

Job Duties

• Execute daily warehouse and receiving tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Production Coordinator.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory records.
• Inspect incoming inventory for damage, accuracy, and quality concerns; document and report discrepancies.
• Label, sort, stage, and organize inventory for storage or further processing.
• Accurately enter receiving transactions into warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Utilize WMS, ERP systems, and RF scanners to track inventory movements and transactions.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
• Support inventory control activities, housekeeping initiatives, and special projects as needed.

What You Will Do

As a Parts Processor you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.

The Parts Processor plays an important role in warehouse and manufacturing environments by ensuring materials move safely and efficiently throughout daily operations. This position requires organization, physical stamina, and attention to detail.

Successful Parts Processor candidates understand material flow, inventory procedures, workplace safety, and warehouse organization while supporting production schedules and customer fulfillment. Consistent performance contributes directly to operational efficiency.
