Parts Puller/ Inventory Associate
Job Location: Fairfield, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $17-$21/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am-4pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Parts Puller with inventory experience? Our client is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys stying active, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pull and organize parts accurately to fulfill orders
- Assist with inventory control, stock organization, and material movement
- Use ladders safely to retrieve inventory from elevated storage locations
- Lift and move materials weighing 25-50 lbs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support warehouse operations and assist in other areas as needed
- Learn additional warehouse functions with opportunities for growth, including cherry picker operation after conversion
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well established manufacturing company in Fairfield, California.
Experience Required:
- At least 6 months of warehouse or inventory experience
- Comfortable working at heights and using a stable ladder up to 10 feet
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Open to cross-training and growing into multiple warehouse roles
