This position procures parts for the Parts Department warehouse in order to fulfill inventory demand, using all resources available to accomplish that task. The role develops and maintains strong relationships with vendors and production PAs to guarantee the most effective, timely, and accurate procurement of items for Parts sales orders.

Responsibilities -

• Create purchase orders, transfer journals, and/or production orders for items needed by the plants to fulfill Parts sales order demand.
• Follow up on production orders for items on sales orders that are built at the production plants.
• Coordinate with the Head Receiver to organize and maintain inventory in the parts warehouse.
• Coordinate with the Head Receiver on returning parts to vendors.
• Review and act upon reports regarding open production orders.
• Coordinate with the Head Receiver to review and act upon reports regarding inventory.
• Coordinate with Parts Specialists to communicate order status to customers.
• Approve price discrepancies on PO invoices.
• Create return purchase orders (POs).
• Create and review Rapid Response item lists.
• Review item usage to determine items that need to be stocked.
• Coordinate with the Head Receiver on accepting production DRM items

Education & Experience -

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RV parts experience.

• Knowledge of RV parts
• Basic computer skills
• Good phone etiquette
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and think independently
• Strong sense of urgency
• Strong organizational skills
