Responsibilities
- Take parts orders form clients through phone and email correspondences
- Provide dealers and customers intermediate technical assistance when needed
- Identify and package parts for shipment via UPS or freight truck
- Pull parts from production plant
- Order parts on computer for vendors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills 40-60 wpm preferred
- Understanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and procedures
- Handle customer service by phone or in person
- RV Technical knowledge is preferred, willingness to learn is required
- Must be able to read and use a measuring tape
- Previous power tool experience is beneficial
- Ability to lift, or assist in lifting, packages up to 60 lbs
- Forklift operating experience is a plus
- Ability to construct wood crates using power nail gun and saws is a plus
