Join a team where your attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and vendor relationships make a real impact. In this role, you'll help ensure the right parts are available at the right time-keeping operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.
What Youll Do:
- Source and purchase parts through approved vendors at the best value and within required timelines
- Create and manage parts and purchase orders in NetSuite
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track parts movement
- Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Provide part ETAs and ensure correct pricing for retail and warranty work
- Support prescreening and other administrative processes as needed

- Strong mechanical curiosity and an interest in how products work
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Sound judgment and professionalism in interactions with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience working in an accounting, purchasing, inventory, or customer service role in an office or light industrial industry or warehouse environment
Technical Skills:
- Comfortable working on a PC for extended periods
- Proficient with email, internet tools, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn new software quickly; NetSuite experience a plus
- Fast and accurate typing skills
Salary: $22-$26/hour based on experience
