Parts Runner/Driver

Location: West Covina, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Range: $18

As Parts Runner/Driver, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina. You’re responsible for assisting guests primarily through the shop, and even on the phone or online. You’ll provide an exceptional guest experience by pulling and filling orders, organizing inventory, keeping current on new products and product updates and communicating with our internal team, external vendors and guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.

Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda experience. This role is a great entry point to Norm Reeves for a car enthusiast who thrives on finding solutions to problems and has some prior experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of parts sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Run parts to different areas of the dealership.
• Deliver and pick up parts to/from vendors, customers, and other dealership locations.
• Assist with organizing and stocking parts in the warehouse.
• Maintain delivery logs and ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and vendors

What You’ll Need:

• Previous parts sales experience and the desire to continuously learn more
• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Excellent follow up skills, frequently communicating inventory and availability of parts
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
