Essential DutiesProvide outstanding customer service to all customersAnswer phone calls in professional and timely mannerAssist customers in identifying and purchasing parts, provide recommendationsFulfill customer orders in person, online, and over the phoneHandle service technician orders, sales department orders, and internal company requestsSupport fellow Parts Specialist to ensure all tasks are complete by end of dayCooperate with team to reach goals and maintain organization through the departmentReceive, verify, stock, ship, and pull partsKeep work area and assigned warehouse areas neat, clean, and organizedAssist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displaysMaintain inventory integrity by participating in cycle count verificationConduct business while maintaining the company Core ValuesObtain forklift certification (on job training and certification provided)Maintain condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipmentHandle on call duty when assigned or any other duty as assigned by manager Education and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDStrong verbal communication skillsIntermediate computer skills and math skillsParts experience preferred, not required 4Rivers Equipment is an equal opportunity employer.
