Parts and Service Sales Associate
Join Central Coast Yamaha's close-knit Parts and Service team! This position offers excellent opportunities to grow your knowledge of parts and service sales in a fast-paced industry while connecting with a community full of enthusiasts and thrill seekers!
As a parts and service counter sales associate you will act in a supportive capacity to the parts and service advisors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering all incoming service department calls.
• Assisting customers with service intakes.
• Assisting customers with parts and accessory sales.
• Assisting customers + parts/service advisors with parts ordering and tracking.
• Tracking status of service and updating customers as needed.
• Scheduling service vehicle pick-ups and deliveries.
• Assisting with vehicle pick-ups and deliveries as needed.
• Receiving and merchandising parts and apparel.
• Assisting with marketing projects as needed.
• Back up in major unit sales. (Includes increase in compensation)

Skills, Knowledge and Job Requirements:

• Experience in the powersports or comparable industry desired, but not required.
• Familiarity with manufacturers we sell desired, but not required.
• Familiarity with parts ordering desired, but not required.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service/sales/retail positions.
• Availability Full-Time Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm (SATURDAYS REQUIRED).
• Valid drivers license + clean driving record.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to adapt and grow within the company.
• Positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Compensation:

• $16.00-$21.00+ due to commission ***no cap on earned commission
