If you describe yourself as a people person and a great communicator, this is the position for you! Job Duties:Invoice all cash, credit card, check or Comcheck work ordersCall customers for purchase ordersReceive and put away all parts ordersDeliver or ship parts to appropriate customers or branchProcess work ordersPlace parts orders as neededProcess and review warranty aging reports to ensure timely payment Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities Investigate and resolve customer queries Contact customers to expedite payment of past due invoices Run credit card transactions for customer sales and refundsMaintain strong customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism Assist parts and service department when neededOther reasonably related duties as assignedDesired Competencies:Knowledge and experience with parts or a related field Excellent communication skillsOrganized and detail oriented Team PlayerExcellent customer service Flexibility to meet changing demandsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record 2+ years' experience as a Parts & Service Support person or similar positionBenefits: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance401K with company matchingMonthly Bonuses Company paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceAnnual Boot AllowanceWe're an equal opportunity employer.
