You're tired of jobs where details get missed and customers pay for it.
You want work that stays busy, stays organized, and actually depends on your judgment.
You like getting the right part in the right hands fast.
And you want to be part of a team that notices when you do it well.
At Courtesy Altoona, you'll join a compassionate, purpose-driven team focused on making life better for the Central Pennsylvania community. One visit, one smile, one supportive moment at a time.
As a Parts Specialist that matters. You're not just moving inventory. You're helping customers and service techs get what they need so repairs keep moving and people leave feeling seen, cared for, and confident.
Your day moves fast. A technician needs the right part now. A customer calls with a question. A shipment hits the dock. You'll bounce between the counter, the phone, the computer, and the shelves without losing accuracy.
You'll identify parts, place orders, receive and label shipments, stock shelves, pick parts for repair orders, and keep inventory tight. You'll handle returns, warranty parts, and core parts the right way. When you're doing this job well, the service department runs smoother and customers get back on the road faster.
This role feels best if you like being the person people rely on. The department stays clean, organized, and ready because you care about the details. You won't just be busy. You'll be useful every hour of the day.
We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.
Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.
The process:
This is a full-time 40-hour role. Pay is $35,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on your experience and fit for the role. You'll also have access to 401(k) with employer matching, health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.
Courtesy Altoona is a 60-year company with a core team that wants to improve every day and serve the Central Pennsylvania community well. If you want your work to mean something beyond a transaction, you'll feel that here.
This is not the place for someone who cuts corners, guesses on parts, or shrugs off mistakes. It is a good fit if you take pride in getting it right and helping the whole department win.
You'll thrive here if you're organized, steady under pressure, and genuinely helpful. You know automotive systems and parts terminology, you're comfortable with inventory software, and you can keep up in a fast-paced environment without getting sloppy.
If you like solving problems, staying sharp, and being the person who keeps things moving, you'll fit right in.
If that sounds like you, apply now. Good people get noticed fast here, and this team is worth joining.
