What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts
• Manage parts sales from start to finish, including ordering and follow-up
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking and organization
• Track and communicate order status with customers and service team
• Handle special orders and ensure timely delivery
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
• Follow company safety policies and industry regulations

What You Bring

• Parts, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
