Parts Specialist

What You'll Do

• Manage parts inventory-stocking, organizing, cycle counts, and coordinating with service to keep parts available
• Receive, ship, and handle parts, including loading/unloading trucks and preparing orders
• Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone-identifying needs, recommending parts, and processing orders/returns
• Use systems and catalogs to quickly find parts, pricing, and availability while handling transactions and communications
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace while contributing to team goals, training, and Rexco's positive culture

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work. Strong candidates will have:

• A positive, team-first attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to adapt and problem-solve independently
• Experience in the Construction Industry preferred, but not always required
• A willingness to learn and continuously improve
