WhatYou'llDo
- Processpartsorders,quotes,repairs,returns,andretrofitrequestsreceivedviaphoneandemail.
- Coordinatewithcustomersandinternalteamstoensuretimelyorderfulfillmentandissueresolution.
- Monitorandfollowuponoutstandingordersandrequests.
- Deliverexceptionalcustomerserviceandbuildstrongclientrelationships.
- Supportshippingandlogisticsactivities,includingarrangingdeliveriesthroughcarrierssuchasUPSandFedEx.
- Participateinanon-callrotationforcustomersupportandemergencypartsrequests.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday,8:00AM-4:30PM
- Oneeveningshiftperweekuntil6:00PM
- Weekendon-callrotationapproximatelyonceeverysixweeks
