Parts Inventory Associate

Full-Time | $18+/Hour Based on Skill & Experience | No Experience Required

Zimmer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a dependable, organized person to join our Parts Team as a Parts Inventory Associate!

No previous automotive or parts experience is required. If you are organized, dependable, comfortable working with computers, and enjoy staying busy, we will provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Parts Inventory Associate, you will help keep our Parts Department organized, accurate, and running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, stocking, and posting incoming parts orders

• Pulling parts for retail and wholesale customers

• Assisting with weekly stock orders

• Notifying the appropriate team members when special-order parts arrive

• Maintaining accurate electronic inventory records

• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying parts that need to be reordered

• Processing returned parts and following up on credits

• Returning cores and following up to ensure credits are received

• Assisting with parts warranty documentation

• Reviewing inventory for obsolete or unused parts

• Matching purchase orders and invoices and forwarding them to Accounting

• Maintaining organized parts files and records

• Assisting with the annual parts inventory

• Keeping the Parts Department clean, organized, and professional

• Performing other duties as assigned
