Essential Duties:
Responsible for daily scheduling of personnel to ensure productive and cost-efficient operations.
Assist in directing daily activities in response to our customer needs.
Monitor quality and timeliness of work to meet goals and objectives.
Provide training to employees as needed to include proper work procedures, hazard communication standards and safe work practices.
Enforce all safety rules and promote the importance of safety in the performance of all job functions.
Responsible for effectively administering other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
Assist with ordering and controlling all warranty and body shop parts.
Assist with maintaining the proper inventory and control of all consigned parts.
Maintain an efficient, orderly, and clean warehouse.
Notify Parts Supervisor of barriers to complete assigned workload.
Fill in as needed for all positions when employees are off.
Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Shift and Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as directed by business needs.
