Toyota of Ashland is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our Parts Department as a Parts Support Specialist. Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Saturday hours are 8:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Parts Department
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts inventory
- Pull and deliver parts for service technicians
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with basic parts requests
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment
- Learn Toyota parts systems and dealership processes
- Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Automotive parts or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
