What You'll Do As a Parts Warehouse Associate , you’ll be the go-to person for getting the right parts into the right hands — fast. From supporting walk-in customers to managing inventory and keeping the warehouse running smoothly, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients stay up and running. Your day-to-day will include: Welcoming walk-in and phone-in customers and helping them with parts inquiries Researching and fulfilling parts orders, estimates, and special requests Placing daily orders with multiple equipment parts vendors Pulling, packing, and shipping customer parts accurately and efficiently Communicating proactively about upcoming parts promotions and customer needs Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback Handling payments and following proper cash account procedures Making outbound calls and sending emails to follow up on leads and orders Assisting in weekly inventory counts and ensuring data is accurately entered in the system Loading, unloading, receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items Inspecting all incoming and outgoing items for damage or discrepancies Keeping the parts counter and warehouse organized and clean Working outdoors in all weather conditions as needed Note: General overview: The essential duties provides a general overview of the role's function and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
