Parts Warehouse Associate

The Parts Warehouse Associate supports the Parts Department by ensuring the efficient shipping, receiving, organization, and distribution of inventory. This role requires a dependable team member who represents the dealership in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, and restock daily inventory shipments and customer special orders
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain clean, organized, and accurate bin locations throughout the warehouse
  • Prepare and ship core and warranty returns in a timely manner
  • Assign and organize new parts locations daily
  • Assist the Parts Department with errands and additional operational needs as required
  • Communicate equipment and supply needs to management promptly
  • Safely operate vehicles on the service lot and when using the parts delivery truck

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous warehouse, automotive parts, or related experience preferred (1+ years)
  • Ability to successfully complete a drug screening and background check
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
