The Parts Warehouse Person position at Servco Leeward provides genuine Toyota and Chevy parts to our service department and retail customers by receiving, stocking, and pulling parts in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Accurately receive and check-in parts to ensure correct part and quantity and inspect to ensure condition of parts are acceptable
- Scan and/or input parts information in computer system
- Pull parts for counter personnel and auto technicians
- Pack parts for returns
- Handles all required paperwork
- Receive, catalog, and dispose of warranty parts and scrappage as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
- Perform cycle counting and annual inventory
- May also build and replace bins and storage racks
Requirements:- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum six months of automotive experience
- Warehouse work experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain Hazmat and forklift certification
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Good communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 15 wpm
- Basic computer skills
- DealerTrack knowledge preferred
- Must be able to follow instructions, be detail oriented and a team player
- Must be able to work a 4/10 (4 days per week, 10 hours per day) work schedule; Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am - 5:30pm
