This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and exceptional support for our wholesale, retail, service, and online parts operations.

Position Summary

The Parts Warehouse Puller / Stocker is responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, locating, pulling, and staging automotive parts throughout the dealership. This role supports technicians, wholesale customers, and internal departments by ensuring parts are available, accurate, and delivered efficiently between a couple parts warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull and stage parts accurately for wholesale, retail, service, and online orders
  • Stock incoming Ford and Motorcraft parts in assigned warehouse locations
  • Verify quantities and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Maintain proper inventory bin locations and warehouse organization
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory control procedures
  • Assist in loading and unloading daily freight shipments
  • Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
  • Assist with shipping and packaging online and wholesale orders
  • Help identify and correct inventory discrepancies
  • Follow Ford and dealership procedures for parts handling and inventory management
  • Support department goals for productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Parts Management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
  • Basic computer skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of automotive parts
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Climbing ladders and accessing warehouse shelving
  • Working in varying warehouse temperatures
