Parts & Warranty Coordinator – Marine Industry

Moss Marina is a full-service marina serving Southwest Florida, offering wet slips, dry storage, fuel, a ship store, and a busy service department with certified technicians for Mercury, Suzuki, and MinnKota. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts & Warranty Coordinator to join our team.
This role is essential to keeping our service department running efficiently and ensuring timely warranty reimbursement from our manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and submit all warranty claims for Mercury, Suzuki, and MinnKota
- Track warranty status and ensure timely follow-up and reimbursement
- Order parts accurately and efficiently using our LightSpeed system
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform quarterly physical inventories
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure parts availability and job readiness
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
Qualifications
- Experience in parts, inventory, or warranty administration (marine or automotive preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working with computer systems (LightSpeed experience a plus)
- Knowledge of Mercury, Suzuki, or MinnKota products is a strong advantage
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
