This role plans and executes survey control, staking, and as-builts, while coordinating closely with project management, engineers, and field supervisors to keep crews building to line and grade. |

Hiring Requirements/Preferences •5+ years survey experience with at least 2–3 years as Party Chief on heavy highway/bridge projects. •Proficiency with robotic total stations, GNSS/RTK, data collectors, and digital levels; strong construction math and plan reading. •Working knowledge of roadway geometry, alignments, stationing, vertical curves, and superelevation; ability to interpret cross sections and structure details. •Experience with construction models and data workflows; familiarity with Trimble or Leica ecosystems and common data formats (e.g., LandXML, RXL/JXL, DWG/DXF). •Valid driver's license; ability to work outdoors in traffic/work zones and varied conditions; lift/carry 50 lbs; walk uneven terrain. |
