PARTY CHIEF
Overview
You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader guiding boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and construction staking across some of LA's most iconic neighborhoods, from the Hollywood Hills to Malibu's coastline. One day you're setting hubs on a hillside property in Beverly Hills, the next you're drafting a record of survey that will outlive all of us.
This role blends field leadership with technical finesse. You'll manage field-to-office data workflows, oversee quality control, and ensure every survey meets professional and regulatory standards. If you're a Licensed California Professional Land Surveyor, fantastic. If you're an experienced Crew Chief who's ready and able to pursue licensure, they're open to that journey too.
