With over 1,300 locations in development and plans to expand even more, we’re looking for energetic and motivated Bilingual Party Consultants to help make unforgettable experiences happen!

• Spanish Pay Differential: Additional $2 per hour for employees proficient in Spanish.
• Base Pay + Commission: Enjoy unlimited earning potential with a base hourly rate, plus bonuses for every birthday party booked and event upgrades.
• Incentives: Earn $5 for every birthday party you sell and another $5 for each upgraded event. Up to $2k+ in commission bi-weekly.
• Growth Opportunities: As you master the role, you'll have the chance to book additional special events, further increasing your commissions!

What You’ll Do:

As a Party Consultant (Call Center Representative), you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, working with them to design the ultimate party experience. You’ll be responsible for selling our fantastic party packages, which include food, drinks, and exciting attractions for birthday parties, corporate events, and more!

Day in the Life:

• You’ll be booking events, handling inbound inquiries, and working with our guests to craft the perfect experience.
• You’ll follow up with guests to ensure everything went as planned, aiming to create repeat business and glowing referrals.
• You’ll collaborate with the team to help drive the success of our events and sales efforts.
• You’ll always have a positive, energetic attitude that shows our guests why we’re the best in the business.
