What You'll Be Doing

As our Pasta Chef, you’ll play a key role in the heart of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking a variety of pasta dishes, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of taste and presentation. - Managing pasta preparation from scratch, including dough-making, rolling, and cutting. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during service. - Monitoring ingredient freshness and ensuring proper food storage and handling. - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Pasta Chef with: - At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with a focus on Italian cuisine. - A strong understanding of pasta-making techniques and a passion for culinary excellence. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills. - A commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards.
