Job Summary
We are seeking a Pasta Maker to join our team! In this role, you will prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweets. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for developing innovative desserts. Responsibilities: 

• Prepare a variety of Fresh Pasta cuts, Ravioli Recipes, and Extruded Shapes
• Develop new and innovative recipes 
• Clean and sanitize equipment and prep areas
• Prepare custom orders
• Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary  

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience with pasta making or as a baker, chef, or similar role is preferred 
• Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to thrive working on your own
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
