We are looking for a Pastry Assistant to join our team!Poulet Bleu is a French-inspired bistro in the heart of Lawrenceville. We feature elegant desserts in the French culinary technique with a modern, seasonal style.We are looking for a candidate with previous pastry experience, who is looking to grow their skillset. This position will be PT and assist with both prep, and during service.Requirements:-2+ years of high volume, upscale restaurant experience-Open availability incuding nights and weekends-Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude-Ability to work under pressure-A love of modern food and drink-Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift inlcuding bending and stooping
