We’re seeking a skilled Pastry Baker to join our production team on 2nd shift (3–11 PM). This role focuses on consistent, high‑quality pastry production in a fast‑paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Daily pastry production — mixing, shaping, baking, finishing

  • Recipe execution with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Quality control for taste, texture, and presentation

  • Equipment operation including mixers, ovens, sheeters

  • Sanitation compliance following food‑safety guidelines

  • Team collaboration to meet production timelines

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of professional baking or pastry experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of doughs, batters, and finishing techniques

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Reliability and consistency during evening hours

Schedule

  • 2nd Shift: 3 PM–11 PM

  • Weekend/holiday availability as needed

  • Pay based on experience
