We’re seeking a skilled Pastry Baker to join our production team on 2nd shift (3–11 PM). This role focuses on consistent, high‑quality pastry production in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
Responsibilities
- Daily pastry production — mixing, shaping, baking, finishing
- Recipe execution with accuracy and attention to detail
- Quality control for taste, texture, and presentation
- Equipment operation including mixers, ovens, sheeters
- Sanitation compliance following food‑safety guidelines
- Team collaboration to meet production timelines
Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional baking or pastry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of doughs, batters, and finishing techniques
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliability and consistency during evening hours
Schedule
- 2nd Shift: 3 PM–11 PM
- Weekend/holiday availability as needed
- Pay based on experience
