We’re seeking a skilled Pastry Baker to join our production team on 2nd shift (3–11 PM). This role focuses on consistent, high‑quality pastry production in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
Responsibilities
Daily pastry production — mixing, shaping, baking, finishing
Recipe execution with accuracy and attention to detail
Quality control for taste, texture, and presentation
Equipment operation including mixers, ovens, sheeters
Sanitation compliance following food‑safety guidelines
Team collaboration to meet production timelines
Qualifications
1+ year of professional baking or pastry experience preferred
Strong understanding of doughs, batters, and finishing techniques
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
