About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Pastry Baker to join our family-owned bakery. 



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cookies, pies, and other baked goods.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure quality and consistency.
• Decorate pastries with attention to detail for an appealing presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a pastry baker or similar role in a bakery or pastry shop preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration skills a plus.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious pastries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
