Duties & Responsibilities
Create and prepare desserts in accordance with the existent menus
Decorate cakes and baked goods according to requirements
Plate desserts for serving
Creates baked goods for specific diets (gluten free, sugar free, diabetes-friendly, etc.)
Inspect the quality of the ingredients
Maintains work station and equipment for proper functioning
Work with all team members to ensure consistent product
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness
Keep wait staff informed of menu changes and plate description

Garden products and seasonal availability
Cooking philosophy of JORY restaurant
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays

Working conditions/Physical Requirements
Able to lift heavy boxes of produce, dry goods etc.
