Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, desserts, and confections.
• Ensure all pastries meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory and supplies.
• Assist in training junior pastry staff and interns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration.
