Our pastry manager has the ability to think outside the box and create unique pastries that captivate customers.

• The Pastry Manager creates and executes unique and innovative desserts and pastries. 
• The Pastry Manager follows food trends, sources high quality ingredients, and ensures a memorable culinary experience. 
• The Pastry Manager trains Pastry Chefs/Cooks in methods of cooking, execution, plate presentation, and expectations of position.

Required skills and qualifications to be a Pastry Manager with Eleven:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to pass a background screening 
• 5 years of experience in varied kitchen and pastry chef positions, Completion of a culinary program is preferred
• 6 months of experience in a management capacity 
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others

Physical requirements for Pastry Manager with Eleven:

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
