Rye Street Tavern in the Baltimore Peninsula is hiring Pastry and Pasta Cooks.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A PASTRY / PASTA COOK
- Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service
- Experience in pastry and/or fresh pasta production desired, preferably in a fine dining or upscale dining environment
- A creative eye for plating and presentation with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A PASTRY / PASTA COOK
- Produce fresh pasta, desserts, and pastry items from scratch using house recipes and seasonal ingredients
- Set up and maintain your station with all necessary mise en place, tools, and supplies
- Read and execute computerized orders with consistency and precision
- Operate kitchen equipment, including pasta machines, mixers, and specialty pastry tools
- Clean, restock, and organize the workstation during the shift
- Follow Clyde’s high standards for food safety and quality
