Home Visitor/Peer Recovery Peer Specialist for Parents as Teachers

Full time position at our Pittsfield location. This is a home visiting role with a peer recovery component (peer recovery training will be provided/required). 

• The right candidate uses their own lived experience to better connect and engage with individuals who are or have been affected by substance abuse [directly or indirectly]. Individuals with personal, lived recovery experience are encouraged to apply. 
• The position provides evidence-based programming to families throughout Berkshire County. 
• Relevant experience in the human service field desired, lived experience may substitute. 
• Knowledge of child development and parenting; ability to engage all families; data tracking; and partnership with community resources important. 
• Position requires average computer skills and data input ability.
