REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should have a background in both chemical and biological sciences, preferably with a Ph.D. or M.S. in a related area of study. Candidates should have prior Patent Agent experience at a Big Law firm or other respected IP boutique and have admission to practice before the USPTO.  Candidates should have significant experience working on sophisticated patent matters and IP portfolio management involving a range of technologies, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical/cosmetic products and nanotechnology.
