Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications
• Contribute to patent prosecution and intellectual property strategies
• Conduct technical and legal research related to matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Provide technical support for PTAB proceedings and patent litigation matters

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry required
• USPTO registration required
• 3–5 years of patent prosecution experience
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and research skills
• Strong academic credentials
