About the Opportunity

Our client, a top AmLaw Global 100 firm, is currently seeking an Associate Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to join their Intellectual Property practice in Austin, Texas. In this client-facing role, you will work with US-based clients in a variety of industries.

Required Education, Certification(s) and Experience

• 3+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer science or Mechanical Engineering
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office (USPTO)
• Experience drafting patent applications (AI/ML/LLMs, web applications, telecommunications, software, integrated circuits, etc.)
• Experience prosecuting patent applications

What We Offer

·      Competitive Compensation: $190,000 - $250,000
