Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law and experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. As a Patent Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on patent matters, conducting patent searches, and keeping abreast of the latest developments in patent law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
• Providing legal advice on patent matters
• Conducting patent searches
• Keeping updated on changes in patent law
• Assisting in patent litigation as needed

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state Bar association
• Registered to practice before the USPTO
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in intellectual property law
• Strong communication and research skills
