Candidates with a non-life science technical background along with a solid electrical, mechanical, and software patent prosecution experience will be considered. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills. The California bar and Patent bar memberships are strongly preferred. The firm will consider USPTO registered candidates who are committed in obtaining the CA bar.
