    Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Attorney specializing in video/audio processing to join their team in Denver, CO. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base on a national and international scale, focusing on electrical and computer science intellectual property.Duties Draft and prosecute patent applications.Collaborate with clients to understand their technical innovations.Provide strategic advice on patent portfolio development.Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of IP prosecution experience.Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Experience in physics, math, optics, photonics, audio, or image processing preferred.Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus.Education: Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.Certifications: Admission to the USPTO.Excellent advanced mathematics skills.Strong oral and written communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in managing confidential information with discretion.Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision care.401(k) with company match.Flexible remote work policy.Unlimited PTO plus 10 paid holidays.Professional growth opportunities and mentorship programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
