Description & Requirements

Main responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, translating, drafting, and reviewing patent specifications, technical documents, and related correspondence in both English and Vietnamese.
• Conduct patent, technical, and legal research to support patent prosecution and other intellectual property matters.
• Support the preparation and filing of patent-related documents and assist in managing prosecution and portfolio matters.
• Provide administrative and operational support for patent and intellectual property activities.
• Perform any other duties and projects as reasonably assigned by Partners and Patent Associates.

Requirement

• Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electronics and Telecommunications; Control and Automation Engineering; Mechatronics; or Law in relevant area from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), University of Engineering and Technology, VNU or Hanoi Law University;

• Good command in English;

• Good analytical thinking;

• Good drafting and research skills;

• Good knowledge of MS Office and Drawing on computer;

• Careful and diligent;

• Ability to multitask and organize daily workload by priorities;

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment;

• Excellent time management skills;

• Attention to detail;Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Display of professional discretion and maturity.
