Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring a junior to mid -level associate for its patent litigation team. This is a litigation -forward seat with real responsibility, strong technical depth across the bench, and matters that run from district court to PTAB.

Locations include<\/b> Houston, Dallas, Austin, Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. Hybrid.

Role summary<\/b>
<\/div>- Patent litigation work on competitor v. competitor disputes and non -practicing entity defense.
<\/li> - Hands -on exposure to technical experts, source code, claim construction, and motion practice.
<\/li> - Opportunities to support PTAB strategy and coordinate across offices on national matters.
<\/li> - The Industry mix includes telecoms, software/hardware, financial services, and manufacturing.
<\/li><\/ul>Candidate profile<\/b>
<\/div>- 2–7 years of patent litigation experience.
<\/li> - Undergrad degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (required).
<\/li> - Strong academic credentials.
<\/li> - Comfort translating complex technology into clean written advocacy.
