As the Patent Paralegal you will be managing and facilitating the process of filing patent applications for the United States and foreign countries. you will work closely with patent attorneys and inventors to ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are prepared and filed correctly in accordance with the laws and regulations.Responsibilities include:Conducting research on patent laws and regulations in various countriesPreparing and filing patent applications with foreign patent officesCoordinating and managing the process of obtaining foreign patentsCorresponding with foreign patent offices and patent agentsMonitoring and tracking deadlines and due dates for filing requirementsProviding administrative support to patent attorneys and inventorsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to patent filingsQualificationsMinimum of three (3) years of experience in U.S., PCT, and international patent prosecutionHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferredThorough knowledge of USPTO patent procedures and prosecution practicesHow to Apply:To be considered for this opening, please apply to matt@libertyjobs.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
