    Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid‑to‑senior‑level Associate in Reno, NV, to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group on the Electrical Engineering and Software Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property, particularly in drafting and patent prosecution, with expertise in computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields.Duties Draft and prosecute patent applications.Collaborate with clients on patent strategy and portfolio management.Conduct legal research and analysis on patent‑related matters.Assist in litigation proceedings related to patent disputes.Requirements 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.Licensed to practice law or eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada.Member of the USPTO.Experience with AI/machine learning, software design, semiconductors, and medical devices is a plus.Outstanding written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational and analytical abilities.Education Background Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field.Certifications USPTO membership.Skills Excellent academic credentials.Strong organizational and analytical abilities.Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Life insurance.401(k) plan.Paid Days Off (PDO)/Vacation.Discretionary performance‑based bonus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
