AtMerrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The annual base salary range is 375,000-$425,000, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, andinternal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the rangeto support future salary growth.

Position Overview:
Merrimack Healthis seeking an AP/CP Board Certified Surgical Pathologist with responsibilities including surgical pathology and non-gyn cytology (no pap smears).We are looking for a full-time surgical pathologist with a negotiable start date of summer/fall 2026.
The ideal candidate should possess strength and interest in general surgical pathologyand be comfortable practicing in a community setting. Subspecialty trainingis not required but would be a plus.
The Anatomical and Clinical Pathologist will be responsible for the accurate and timely diagnosis of disease through the evaluation of tissue, cellular samples, and laboratory test results. This role requires expertise in both anatomical and clinical pathology, with a commitment to quality patient care, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
