- Perform gross examination, dissection, and description of surgical pathology specimens in accordance with established protocols
- Prepare tissue for histologic processing and assist with slide preparation as needed
- Accurately record gross findings, measurements, and maintain appropriate documentation
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality control, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to support workflow and maintain turnaround times
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
